This is what we plan to have for dinner this week:
Monday- Spaghetti(whole wheat noodles), Baby Spinach Salad(fat free salad dressing), fresh garlic bread(for Ben and kids), watermelon
Tuesday- Shrimp scampi(low fat margarine), Brocoli, Rice, Peaches
Wednesday- Kids have late dr apt
Thursday- Grilled Steak, Baked Potatoes(low fat margarine and sourceam), Corn on the cob,squash with onions, homemade strawberry shortcake
Friday- Grilled Turkey Smoked Sausage, Home made mac and cheese(for Ben and kids) , lima beans, pears
Saturday- Homemade hamburger steak with gravy, homemade mashed potatoes(low fat margarine and milk), peas, orange slices
Sunday- Roast, Potatoes, carrots, green beans, corn bread(for Ben and kids), fruit salad
