Friday Fun!

Hi all! Emma graduated from kindergarten last night and she got an award for "Most Improved in all areas"! I am SO proud of her! She has become such a smart little lady!!

Noah on the other hand- Well he is all boy! He locked Emma and I out of the house the other day and stood at the door and laughed at us! He broke my coffee pot because he was on the kitchen counter! At Emma's graduation he threw a cup at a girl and barely missed her face, threw a sock at the people in front of us, poked the guy next to us in the cheek, kept hitting people in the butt and threw my Mama's phone case in the walk way while the kids were walking in all while at the program! He was wild- all boy!! LOL!

Today Emma's class is having a Beach party! Monday they are having a field day with games. Wednesday is the last day then we will be headed to Tucson on Friday!

Hope all of you have a blessed weekend!:)

Deal for you!

A Deal for You!

I have a fantastic, can't-miss deal for you! Here it is:

1. You don't have to cook Thursday night.
2. Instead, you get to have a delicious Italian meal.
3. By eating this delicious meal, you are helping premature babies.

Now tell me that's not a win-win-win situation!!

This Thursday, May 6th, Tortora's in Hampton Cove is hosting "Pizza, Pasta and Preemies" to benefit the Melissa George Neonatal Memorial Fund. Here's the really cool part: owner Joe Moore is donating 100% of the proceeds to Melissa's Fund!! Not 10, 20 or even 50%. He is giving Melissa's Fund every penny that is made that night! So, whatever you pay for your meal will go to help premature babies and their families in our NICU at Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children.

I mean, you have to eat, right? Why not have dinner and give the money to a good cause?!

So bring your family and come on out Thursday night, 4-9 p.m. Tortora's is located behind the Publix Shopping Center on Old Highway 431. It's very kid-friendly and the food is delicious!

And did I mention 100% is going to the NICU?!

We'll see you there!

p.s. Please email this to any friends and family who might be interested. And if any of you feel led to post it on your blog, please do!
